Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after payment has been received and a confirmation email or message has been issued by Taxi To Go Thailand.

Payment

Full or partial payment may be required to secure your reservation. Accepted payment methods will be displayed during the booking process. All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the tour or service booked.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the tour.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure or no-shows are generally non-refundable.
• Certain tours, private charters, or special promotions may have different cancellation terms. Please refer to the specific tour details.
• If you wish to change your travel date, please inform us at least 24 hours (or 1 day) prior to your scheduled travel date.

Weather & Safety

Your safety is our highest priority. Tours may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to adverse weather, sea conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers may be offered an alternative tour, a new travel date, or a refund in accordance with the operator's policy.

Changes to Itinerary

Taxi To Go Thailand reserves the right to modify itineraries, departure times, transportation, or tour programs when necessary due to weather, operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking information.
• Arriving at the designated pickup location on time.
• Following the instructions of tour guides and crew members.
• Respecting local laws, customs, and the natural environment.

Taxi To Go Thailand reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behavior may endanger themselves or others.

Health Requirements

Some tours involve physical activities such as snorkeling, swimming, hiking, or boat travel. Guests should ensure they are medically fit to participate. Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements before booking.

Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their own personal belongings throughout the tour. Taxi To Go Thailand is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, cancellations, and personal belongings before participating in any tour.

Liability

Taxi To Go Thailand acts as an agent for transportation providers and tour operators. While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be held responsible for delays, accidents, injuries, property loss, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Privacy

Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for processing reservations, providing customer support, and improving our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required to operate your booking or by law.
